The ChargePoint® service plans are cloud-based solutions that give you everything you need to manage successful EV charging operations including flexible tools, rich data, payment processing and driver support. When you buy each ChargePoint charging station, you purchase an annual subscription to the ChargePoint service plan that is right for your needs. You define your settings once, and then simply apply them to each new charging station. Once you have your services configured as you want them, you can expand your charging program by simply adding more charging stations.
The ChargePoint service plans work with ChargePoint stations from Coulomb and from other manufacturers who have built compatible stations. The ChargePoint solution also supports APIs if you decide you want to integrate billing or other charging operations with existing systems.
Once your stations are up and running with a ChargePoint service plan, they will be part of ChargePoint Network. ChargePoint Network’s driver services will keep drivers coming to your stations.
